BioI am a social anomaly, and I shouldn't have happened. I don't sleep much, or well. That's relevant only because if I did, this thing wouldn't exist in the first place. Having a journal seems to satisfy my need to constantly purge and organize thoughts, ideas, random suppositions that make little sense outside the intangible realm of mind. Most of my supposed brilliance doesn't make it past my mouth - I don't translate well. Despite this, I've an affinity for language.
Maybe I'll satisfy this with a direct answer, for once: I was born in what is probably the most backwards part of the most backwards state in the union, to two people who cared very little for one another, but supposed that a child should have two parents nonetheless. They later changed their minds, of course, but this was not particularly earth-shattering. I prefer solitude, and I always have. My childhood is a boring and unremarkable story, colored in moments by a sitter who took turns being my hero and my torturer. I moved out of my house at sixteen - went away to art school, that is, and I haven't lived with my family for a significant amount of time since.
